It's not about the damage. Look at him in the replay. He is not moving to defend or change position at all. You want him to take 10 more while not moving before it ends? He gave up. He was done. He didn't protest it at all.

He didn't have a chance to move because the ref stepped in so quickly.
 
2-2 maybe even 3-1 Colby going into the final round. Stoppage was fine all things considered.

I'm a first generation immigrant to the US, too. So keep that in mind when I say someone who was raised in and lives in the US choosing to represent their former country at every opportunity should be told to pack their bags and go back to the country they love so, so much more than the US.
