Terrible night. Frankie got Romero'd but in rd1.
I added $170 Volkov KO/TKO @ +120 right before the fight because I was tilted.
But I also added a $50 MJ/Volkov parlay.
Net profit of $4. Had too much on Frankie.
Man, could have had a great night if that over hit, also the Procopio play was close . Sneaked out a tiny profit still so can't be too mad.
Guida after 200 to win 260
1,529 = 3.8
Dariush o2.5 +2.00u
Dariush inside -0.5
Ended 2020 with the best night I've ever had, started 2021 with a clean sheet, but the last 2 (so the McGregor one and this one) were horrendous.
And fuck Michael Johnson
Good Sunday everyone
Forgot to post my bets pre fight, had a good night
I am furious at myself for making that nonsense no-value last-minute Rodriguez pick.
I was very confident in Pantoja, I bet him so early that's why I had those shitty odds.
I was also super confident in my Volkov bet.
I liked Rosa a lot, and I was aware that MJ could shit on me, that's fine.
I hade even posted those bets already on the forum, suddenly I decide to go for a random additional bet on Rodriguez. It's pathetic.
I should have at least gone for Dariush instead, there was value to be had.
My Overall in 2021 on UFC prebets: -6,03u
2021 UFC Events I made money on: 2 out of 4
Overeem 5u @ +100
Edgar 5.75u @ +350
Dariush 5u @ +100
Guida 3u @ +180
Johnson vs Guida does not go the distance 2u @ +137
Joselyne Edwards 2u @ +188
-5u overall. Could have broken even but I cashed out Guida DEC last night for some reason.
Not surprised by the loss, I didn't put in the effort this card.
2 leg parlay - 9.1u to return 14u - W
5 leg parlay - 1.7u to return 11u - L
Overall a pretty good night, felt it was a fairly predictable card as far as results. Wish I put some more action on the prelims but that's something to consider the next time around. Johnson was definitely a misstep, was more of a fade of Guida than anything. Thought he had enough in the tank to get past the carpenter but I was wrong lol.
Didn't even get to watch the fights and didn't add any bets. I wanted pantoja and was leaning Dariush so kind of bummed. Hopefully they cut MJ as betting on Michael Johnson and betting against Roxanne Modaferri has been the main reason I'm not a millionaire yet lol. Bad card I feel like I could've turned a profit. Especially on Choi I loved Choi and would've live bet him as I see he was only marginal favorite after round 1. If I want to be a pro I need to not miss cards !! It's tough. Good luck next week
Mike Rodriguez and Molly Mccann have stopped me from being a milliinaire.
-$190 on prebets with one parlay pending but crushed some live action.
Won $100 on valiev
$666 on procopio
$200 on rosa
$260 on dariush
$100 on Pantoja
lost $200 on Overeem
$277 on that piece of shit Michael Johnson (never again) and $500 on over 2.5 Edgar fight (terrible bet)
+1136. Plus won big on some nba and Carolina over duke. Beautiful night.
+4.25u excluding the chiefs future that hasn’t been graded yet. How about that embarrassing Rodriguez action? Holy shit was that bad. Talk about a gigantic whiff.
I cashed on Pantoja and Dariush and then lost on Frankie and Reem. Put down about 160 bucks and ended up breaking just about even. In hindsight I bet with my heart on the two I lost and I'm easily convinced to bet on underdogs. Two things I should probably work on. Also I had a work engagement that kept me from watching the prelims so I only bet the main card. Probably would have ended up playing Choi and Guida (I wasn't aware it moved to main card until last min).
I over exposed myself on Frankie, should've left it at the one straight bet I first made.
Live and learn. I capped him at winning more than 3 out of 10 times, which is what the odds were.
I'll find some solid spots this weekend.
