Maias deceptive and cunning no doubt he does gas and get hurt but he also forces guys to go for a finish or exert more energy but its almost just a jiu jitsu trap lol

That bjj video showed it quite well, I think maia will attempt to play it as smart as he can and scramble and work to get condit's back where he will just control and land few punches to the head and body to keep it there or attempt subs when he can, he was able to do this well with gunnar and kept his cardio preserved well for 15 minutes, its when maias forced to work he gasses more.

Can condit scramble and get back to his feet more often then not ? Will condit just kick maias legs out? he needs to do this I reckon to have success or score point at least, MT style against a heavy grappler and one of the best bjj guys in the entire ufc roster is still imo a tough match up for condit.

Maia was getting tired in the third round vs Brown, Brown made a mistake by diving into Maia's guard which is understandable since he really needed a finish. I expect Condit to fight smarter and not be as desperate since he will have much more time as its a 5 round fight.

The more i thought about this fight condit/maia I think I am finally on Condit. I think he always comes in with a gameplan and is good at sticking to it. I think he will do whatever he can to tire maia out in the first 2 rounds and then take over from there. he is also a guy who wont just sit there and take a loss, if need be he will take chances late in the fight. That is a trait i always like in a fighter i am betting on.

I watched a few of their fights.
I almost wanted to bet Ricci as his striking is more technical, he looks strong in the clinch, and has pretty good cardio. He also is a 55er and Kennedy is a 45er and Kennedy does like to strike. I do think he may be chinny. He has't been Ko'd in MMA but has been rocked a couple times by glancing shots.
Kennedy seems sloppier but looks to have power, his ground game is pretty impressive, and he's quite a bit younger.

Over 2.5 is pretty juiced but it's not a bad play. Ricci doesn't have much power so I don't see him finishing and all his losses are by decision.
