Yeah you were actually one I was thinking of (no offense at all). You must have made a least 100 posts constantly explaining and reexplaining why you liked Tony in that fight. My impression was that you never considered any opposing argument. Instead, you felt that it was your role to make the Tony case over and over and over. My point is that that kind of thing hurts the community as a whole. When your approach is to push back on everyone who disagrees you rapidly reach a point where you are not helping anyone.

I understand you are betting your own money, which is the ultimate personal responsibility. My point is more that that approach hurts the community as a whole. The community would benefit from everyone knowing who the people are who refuse to consider a dissenting opinion. It becomes challenging when some of these posters are perceived to be big winners because their opinions are weighted too heavily.

    About $1200.

I actually ended up betting Shogun KO too. Still nowhere near what Gian KO would have won me. Ended up the night up a little under $400. Would have been so much more had Kelvin/Vitor gone o1.5 (even if had started rd 2 I'd have won a few hundred more). Oh well.

What information is missing in this forum is fighter camp for each fighter and did they change camp. So if someone here can do every fighter from what camp would help us a lot. Maybe Card could add that into his ring rust stats. ...lol.

Killed it tonight! Wish I had put more on Soto and Kennedy and less on Means.

I have to do a bit of a humble brag on BD on means versus Oliveira and Joe Soto

Congratulations to all those who make money and hope those who did it were Barry'd too bad.

I did terrible live betting today. Pissed away 4-5 units foolishly, and didn't hit Lee & Soto even though I knew I should.

I hit Dariush after round 1, but don't even feel bad on that one he was winning the fight before the godly knee. I also had a 1u to win 4.25u parlay with the over in that fight which missed that hurt too. Winning event overall though a lot of good reads, not sure how much I'm up exactly. On to next week.

But if you read ALL of my posts you'd have seen that I listed the probability of each outcome and where I capped them. I had Khabib dec as tied for my most likely outcome. Which is why I was very heavy on NOT Khabib itd, along with my bets on Tony. So I was looking at the fight rationally, for the most part.

If I have a very strong lean I'll hammer it in here. Over the years (a lot of them, if you notice how long I've been here) they've been profitable.

You should decide who's opinion you weigh more heavily than others. Watch tape. See if what I'm saying is what you're seeing. Or if what any of the posters is saying does.

I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt since you just joined. If I've done my research and feel strongly about something here, I'm not gonna say "Gee you make a really good point" if I don't actually believe that. For example: Khabib has NOT ever done any real damage to anyone in the UFC that has a good guard (on the ground he hasn't). If you come back with "Look how he destroyed the last two guys on the mat" I'm not just gonna concede you have a great point. Because those guys are turtles on their backs.

If someone makes a valid counterpoint absolutely I will take it into account. I've hedged, added, or even in rare cases switched sides based on info I've gotten from other posters in here that turned out to be good insight once I watched it on tape.

    2u Barboza + Gastelum @ EVS - WIN
    2u Rua + Means @ + 150 - LOSS
    2u Lee @ - 110 - WIN
    1u Lee + Means + Barboza @ + 280 - LOSS
    0.5u Burkman @ + 210 - LOSS
    0.5u Ramos @ + 190 - LOSS
    0.2u Ramos + Burkman + Barboza + Means + Bethe @ 106/1 - LOSS

And I ended up.....completely even, fell asleep before the event started, so didn't get to play any of the LB I wanted to play, which is hugely frustrating. Next event in UK, so will be LB the shit out of that card!

Didn't do a good job with the picks but a small double with Soto decision & Shogun Round 3 saved my ass for a small profit.

Come on man, even McGOAT knew he should stay humble for at least a day after the first Diaz loss

How much you won from them approximately? I'm just interested in how much you can earn before they notice and start limiting you.
    Congrats btw nice win :)
