No, it seems he's actually a Republican I would support wanting funding for Ukraine, but you can't just blab about secret information you're privy to. If it was the WH wanting this info out there this doesn't seem like a good outlet they'd choose.

The white house wants that funding badly. They'll take any outlet they can get.

I think a lot of the Ukraine money is laundered and diverted elsewhere.
