It's really easy to make things dramatically worse when you're applying percentages to very small numbers.

For example, an increase from 0 to 10 is a 1000% increase.

Portland and San Francisco have small black populations. Like less than half the national average. 5.3% in SF and 6.3% in Portland. So...

And? What does that have to do with Liberal leadership being weak on crime? I never said it was only black folks committing these crimes, only Politicians are more into optics of being "woke" than actually being tough on crime.
