There are some cool ones like The King of Kong, Nintendo quest and
The Tetris masters. Cool to see they even had a offical gaming ref.

Do you like these vids, what are your favorites ?
I like the nintendo ones and never found a cool Commodore 64 docu.

Some remarkable people in these vids, perfectionist, kid wonders etc

chasing ghosts beyond the arcade is probably my favorite.

There's another one on Netflix called "Man Vs Snake" about the Nibbler world record holder, that's pretty good.

It's a shameless ripoff of "King Of Kong", but it's worth checking out.

Whats the one that reunites a buncha gamers at some arcade in Iowa or some shit to recreate a picture they took back in the 80's?
Was that King Of Kong?
I dont know but I remember thinking that one was pretty good

Maybe check out some of these youtube channels bro. They produce a lot of good shit on gaming history

Kim Justice

Daniel Ibbertson

Larry Bundy Jr

There's one on YouTube where they dig up the buried cache of ET Atari cartridges. I thought that was pretty good, though it is the only one I think I've ever actually watched.

That was sad as fuck. They killed that guy's career making him code that piece of shit game.

I actually liked it better than King of Kong... even though it is a rip-off.

Indie Game: The Movie is my favorite.

Check out the gaming Historian on YouTube.

Nice game documentaries.

Kin of Kong is good as they come. Another good two I remember is the super smash brother one (broken up into 4 parts I believe) then the one about competition street fighter, it started with street fighter 4 I believe, there was money invovled.

King of Kong is the Hoop Dreams of videogame documentaries.

Sunday History Channel had a nice 2 hr doc on Atari nude hot tub parties vs. shitty crude Magnavox pong vs. Nintendo.

Today's Featured Wikipedia Article: Phantasmagoria
Not a formal documentary, but the topic of that thread was a YouTube channel by two former Sierra employees that center their content on retro PC gaming called "MetalJesusRocks":
