I love Shalamar. I was introduced to their music on the now defunct KBIG 104.3 FM's Disco Saturday Night program in my adolescence. I have long hair and look like a hardcore metalhead and all, but I am never shy to admit my love for disco and funk.
Love it. Great music goes beyond genres.

Nice. I've been a fan of Moon Duo for a while now but Psychic Ills is new to me. Thanks for posting. I'm always down for some quality psychedelica.

Always like to recommend some stuff I think someone in the Jukebox would dig aswell. I think we all know a bit about the sound some folks in here might be into (which is pretty fun/cool) ;):D

As a Black child growing up in Southern, Georgia, USA, in the 70's James Brown was Soul Brother #1! There was no other that even came close! Let me tell you that this song gave me chills in a good way! :)
