I do not support Marxism or CRT in the military. But I also do not support a military coup against our elected government.

Not sure if that about covers everything you’re asking about. But it seems like the term Marxism may be being misused or the articles didn’t clearly outline the Marxist parts

Internal discussions with equal or superior leadership but not books and such..... the military is about keeping guys in the ranks aligned and moving forward regardless of the commander or senior leadership or the machine begins to breakdown imo.
