You probably train more than I do. I have a fairly active job and either lift or ride my bike most days of the week(sometimes both if I have the time due to short work day). I need about 3400 just to maintain.
Also kinda funny he still believes the small meals throughout the day stoking his metabolism. I could see that being beneficial if you don't want a belly full of food before a set of sprints or tough wrestling practice but as far as weight loss goes.....nah.
