they keep rolling in with simple training.

Steep Incline Situps/Reverse Hypers/Side bends- 2 rounds of 20 reps
Zercher Lift + Chains- 295x1, 315x1, 335x1, 365x1
SLDL- 195x10
Pull-over and press- 60x10, 110x10, 150x8
Backlund Ab-wheel rollouts- x10,5,5



 
wondered why the bench was tied down, until it started to lift up mid rep.

Hard to see how much overhead pull is required to get it off the ground. Good stuff.

yeah, it wants to flip up with me. There must be a lot of torque in that initial pull.

Been training when I can and doing decent. I hit a tough squat yesterday.

No problem, remembered your location when it was all over the news. Got us in '16 and took 2 years to rebuild because of the range of destruction.
Good lift, you get a lot of use out of that Rhino

Some of the destruction was so bad I'm not sure if some can ever rebuild. It washed some peoples property away, and I'm talking about land. I saw one place where we were trying to get supplies to that their entire front yard was gone other than about 10 yards or so in front of their house. It blew my mind.
