I really don't understand how anybody finds him funny. I can't even listen to him. There were some issues I disagreed with Jon Stewart on, but goddamn he was able to make it funny. He also shit on both sides pretty regularly. Noah and Jon Oliver fall into that same category. Just my two cents. To be fair, I also haven't really given Noah a chance at all. I just couldn't listen to the pandering.
Oh I agree with you 100% man John Stewart, he just seemed like a really likable person.
but you got love the Grift man you just got to love it. Net worth of 100 million dollars. Righties and lefties love grifters.

English degree you said? Do you teach?
When I switched from majors my plan was to eventually teach, but then I decided that likely wasn’t for me either, instead of dropping, I finished up my undergrad so I’d have it in case I every decide to go back……I haven’t gone back.

The best summer activity is attending street festivals.

I'm also pro gay marriage and mind your own business who people are attracted to, but again, I get called a polarized righty regularly.

I'm against any sort of hormone therapy for children(age of sexual consent should be standard there), trans women playing in women's sports (and Dominating them) and invading their private locker rooms and bathrooms(and most feminists are against it too), but I am pro having a gender neutral bathrooms for those comfortable with it.

I support police officers in most cases where outrage porn from a 10 second clip is common and wait for details and more data and footage before jumping to conclusions.

People have nuanced opinions. Some opinions will be liberal, some conservative. But the modern person likes to shoehorn you into a category based on what they feel is important. What is considered center really has shifted since the Bush era.
Yeah, I don't know. It's probably about a combination of policy and attitude. You sound genuinely down the middle though which is interesting.

Weekend update on SNL but that’s gone down hill too
Haven't watched SNL in years but only seen clips here and there. It peeked in the 90's for me.
I miss talking to you LMAO

What happened? I was indisposed
Nah I just met a girl from North Salt Lake on vacation here and wanted to hook Greg up with her digits.

I’m on a rare bender lately. It didn’t go as well as hoped.
If I go to the beach I'd feel obligated to take the dogs swimming. But four is a lot to manage. So then I gotta leave some behind. :( Easier to just not go and no little hearts are broken.

@Jesus H. Sherdog, do you do ride-alongs?

Could be. I wouldn't pony up for any liberal arts degrees though. No need to spend that much money just to be poor. Learn a trade.
My ass rides my chair in my office nowadays. If I go in the field it’s to be incident commander for a high risk situation. So, no. Not personally.

I only ever did patrol for like one year a decade ago. I’ve been pretty lucky imo.

Did Greg refuse the hookup?

Greggy? @Gregolian

In Canada I'm what is usually referred to as progressive conservative.
Although that party no longer exists since they merged with the much more conservative alliance.

And when the progressive conservatives were still around pre 2003 I was an NDP voter . Back when Jack Leyton was still alive. The NDP has been a joke since Leyton passed away.

Historically the NDP were further left than the liberals pre Trudeau. But Trudeau basically uses identity politics as fuel to steal back the crowd that swung NDP and the liberals are often further left now than the NDP.
