The announcer said that it's a 162 lbs catchweight though. Maybe Phoenix Jones was out fighting crime and didn't get the memo.

I'm was already on the under at +200... something seems very off about that. Confidence increase with the animosity.

Loving this card overall for betting. Almost as juicy as last week's Bellator.

Got on Hawes early... I think he just has to avoid getting guillotined here.

Also on the under 1.5 in that fight for the reasons Oblivian mentioned.

Pretty big on Caros. Higher fight IQ, solid TDD, solid sub D, more experience... Ben is pretty bad standing.

On the over in the Hill fight. Hill is pretty game... considering his ML as well.

And HUGE on Almeida. I have not idea why anyone is on Palmer here at evens. The guy was literally scared in the first fight, so I don't buy any of his excuses. Just from my own experience working up the ranks in sparring, nothing gasses you faster than being scared of your opponent. And I don't trust that facing all those midgets at Alpha Male will get him accustomed to Almeida's style, which seems to be perfect against shorter south paws. Almeida's get-ups are tenacious and soul crushing to wrestlers as well. The guy is straight up game.

obviously you mean 2.5 in hawes fight

as far as palmer-almeida, palmer said he didn't take almeida seriously last time (if that's true or not, idk) - but he was full time wrestling coach at alpha male at the time, isn't anymore

    Yeah... 2.5.

As I said, I don't buy the excuse. People tend to overestimate the value of training camps and underestimate how much fear plays a factor when you're actually locked inside of a cage with a dude. Flipping tires ain't gonna make Palmer any more comfortable when he's getting pieced up.

I might hedge but its such little profit I'll probably stick with Almeida.

I won money on Louis Taylor in his last fight where he got a super quick guillotine. And he's still an underdog this time. I know you guys don't see him winning tonight, but I'm gonna pick him

Edit: actually I might just play the under 2.5, idk yet

Dont know why some people are betting Hawes. Taylor is dangerous as hell, he has nice wins over some decent opponents. And Hawes is not the greatest prospect at all. He lost to Andrew Sanchez on TUF. I would be cautious betting on Sanchez against Taylor so I don't see the reasoning of betting Hawes here. I do think the under looks good though!

sanchez is a totally different opponent. and it was close.

taylor is dangerous early, think he folds if he doesn't get the early finish.
