Wouldn't look too deep into it. The Diaz bros have always said something along those lines when asked for a 'prediction' or something of that nature.

Nick Diaz infamously said that they see all of these guys always thinking positive, but they take a different approach where they consciously think of all the negative things that can happen so that they aren't taken by surprise if it does.
Good point, but I still don't think it's a good sign lol

Wasn't he pretty confident against Johnson?

Diaz saying he might get murked but doesnt care as long as he is getting payed

Already mentaly given up

Edit :already mentioned a couple of times, daddy is getting slow

Wtf, did the 5d prop guy fall asleep again like yesterday

He wasn't as tense as usual during fight week, was enjoying himself more than ever, but I don't think you will find a Diaz interview where if they're asked for a prediction/how the fight will go, etc. they say they will win

I like Tate here. Especially at these odds.

I picked against holm in every fight until the Ronda fight. And that pick was made specifically because I thought Ronda has terrible stand up keeps her right hand down and holly throws a mean left high kick. I also thought Ronda being an emotional mess would help holm since I figured the fight would stay standing

Meisha will fight smart, it's women fighting so the chance of a flash ko is small.

I think she will be the one moving forward and eventually land some takedowns. That's a recipe for a decision if not for a possible submission since I think if it hits the mat she has a big edge in grappling

Tate is 9.00 by decision on 365. 41.00 in r4 and 51.00 in r5. Ended up biting on all 3 of them. Think Tate will be looking to mix it up with takedowns more and seems to get stronger as the fight goes on (won the 3rd round in each of her last 4 decision wins). Think it ends up a close decision fight.

More I think about the Holm/Tate fight the more I see Holm dominating. Just hope it goes past 2.5 rds

Kind of off topic, but I don't think you will ever find a Diaz interview where you hear them speaking coherently lmao

lmaoooo you definitely won't find one from Nick. The interview with Nick after Nate vs MJ is the most confusing ramble ever. To Nate's credit, hes definitely a better at verbalizing things

Just a little bit lol. Too bad he usually can't give an interview without saying the word 'fuck' in any manner lmao. fuck, fucker, fucking, mother fucker, etc

That thug life

Btw, don't know if you guys saw it, but earlier today a thread was made in UFC section of a pic of Nate from Nick's sqor account and dude looks just as shredded as he did for the MJ fight.

I'll be bold and call it now, this is going to be a fairly competitive fight and not the one sided drubbing most expect

Conor SD would be the shit. I'll get like 20+ units from that (Conor ML, Conor DEC, Conor SD)

lol would be best case scenario for my wallet as well (just the decision though) and also for my heart, as I don't wanna see either guy get merked

The pic of Nate I was alluding to earlier

transform

^ I read somewhere, where Dana White said that Nate Diaz was training for a triathlon before he got the call to fight Conor

Yeah you can tell he has been working since December, looks real good there. Very happy about that, didn't want to waste this fight on skinny fat version of Nate

Just listened to an interview with Gian Villante. Says he and Latifi are both heavy hitting wrestlers who like to stand and bang in the pocket. Says he just wants to put on a good show for the fans. Sounds good for Latifi.

Is there any reason NOT to put money on Nunes? Pretty surprising she's not as favored...also what do you guys think of Anderson v Lawlor? Thinking of putting down some money on Lawlor also

full card spreads going up
Annnndddddd almost TWO fucking hours later they finally put up the prop I've been waiting for most. Ishihara +3.5. 2u on -160. I think I developed tennis elbow from refreshing so many damn times

Yeah, it's combined. Very interesting. It's basically a variation of the o/u rounds (obviously other factors involve)

Conor Sig strikes per minute - 5.53
Diaz Sig strikes per minute 4.3

= 9.83

85.5 divided by 9.83 = 8.7 minutes or 1 round and 3.7 minutes
