Its him being a business man for sure, he's already had his loss early on after winning the belt- via Serra, same as Conor losing to Diaz and they both redeemed themselves through a exciting storyline.

I feel Americans view him differently for two reasons, first is he is not Alpa- he was bullied, truamatized as a kid, rose above it and excelled.. secondly, he is Quebec Canadian, a frenchie, something americans hate for some reason ( I forget which war or whatever) so they hate on his MMA Wrestling while lauding American Wrestling... lol
 
Doesn't he have to complete 6 months of USADA before he can compete? I heard that was the issue.

There is nothing specifically said by GSP's camp, other than what Bisping is claiming. That is in a Sherdog article on the main page but again, nothing from GSP's camp officially, just Bisping flapping his gums as per usual.
 
I've always respected GSP's meticulous planning and attention to detail when it comes to training, but some times he takes things too far. He's probably got some scientific super precise training regiment planned out that takes exactly 6 months.
