As an American am I able to make bets if I'm visiting London?

I guess it is entertaining so fuck it. Just becomes a pain to sift through arguments for actual good info.

Okay I'm not gonna post anything else related between me and him. Ive always wanted to visit London. Would you happen to know if I can legally place bets there? It would be nice to have a chance to win an all expense paid trip to the U.K.
