That Mark Hunt blames everybody else but himself proof that he's got brain damage?

First he says (before the fight) he could care less if his last opp. was juicing, then he loses and complains that his opp. is a cheater, scum, etc. And that the UFC is in on it for allowing it.

Then he pens an article claiming he has probs. with memory, speech, etc. And then when he is pulled from his fight, he complains his words were taken out of context, even though he wrote them!

Don't get me wrong, Hunt is a great fighter... one of the greatest heavyweights of all time, BUT... keepin it real, is it time for him to get help as he clearly has anger issues/it's everybody's fault but mine, etc.

I think he tried to milk a situation and it backfired on him badly.

You go play chess against him and then come back.

I don't know. Is this thread proof that you have brain damage?

To be fair it could also be denial. I'd hate to admit I have brain damage and it must be pretty hard to come to terms with..

Plus dana is an outragoues liar at the best of times. So there's also that.

Tho I do think he should see someone.

He makes almost a million dollars per fight. He's a great fighter, but if he's still fighting as a job to "take care of his family", there's something seriously wrong there. He's had a great career, if he doesn't want to fight for Dana and the UFC anymore he should just walk away.

This is a common trait of low iq people to blame everyone else for their failures...they just don't understand reality.

Hunt Fell out of the stupid tree and hit every branch on the way down. ....

(and I like him, a lot)

Run on sentences might be proof YOU have brain damage.

You know how much it costs to live in New Zealand?!?!?

Hunt essentially set the most hamfisted trap in the world.

Just imagine if an NFL player wrote an editorial outlining their memory lapses, cognitive issues and symptoms of traumatic brain injury. They would basically be retiring themselves the moment they hit send.

The UFC may be retarded sometimes, but i'm sure an army of lawyers were screaming at Dana to keep Hunt away from a cage until a Neurologist can OK him.

Most people blame everyone but themselves, so I hardly think thats proof of anything.

I wouldn't call it "proof" of anything, aside from maybe immaturity. I blame everybody but myself for all of my problems and I've never been concussed.

not only that but the UFC contacted him/his team about getting him checked out asap before anything about pulling him and he refused therefore he was pulled. this was per dana but there's nothing to disbelieve here. hope everything becomes square again but i doubt it.

when things are going good with your girlfriend (or your mom, if you're under 17), then a minor little misunderstanding is just that.

but when you realize your mom or girlfriend is kind of a bitch, and you're just done but for whatever reason (probably financial) you conclude that you cannot make a complete break quite yet, then suddenly all those things that would have been minor otherwise are big fucking deals. and fuck her.

same thing here. if Dana hadn't bent Hunt over many times over the years, he probably agrees to extra testing, and there is no issue today.

but since he trusts Dana less far than he can throw him, he says "no, fuck you, i won't take tests others aren't forced to take, because our contracts don't stipulate i should have to, and you wrote the contracts you bald headed shitfuck, so piss off". and here we are.

Cut half that for taxes, half that for your gym, and you're not left with enough money to retire on unless you live in Brazil or a third world country.

And Mark Hunt hasn't been making even that his entire career.

Only a handful of guys in the history of the sport make enough to retire on from fighting.
