UFN 139 Korean Zombie vs Rodriguez

Yes, but he's a legitimate KO striker and Cerrone is getting both older and more fragile every time we see him. How many times do we need to see someone knocked out, hurt to the head and body, before we begin to worry every time they get in their with a striker?

Sure, Perry's best route is going to be to get inside and land big. I just wouldn't rule out Cerrone landing something bit or getting it to the mat and subbing. I think the guys that played the game of winning a decision vs. Perry don't have the same finishing tools and instincts of Cerrone.

Perry has shown a rock jaw so far so he's going to have that confidence that he just needs to get in and land hard on Cerrone, body or head, and he's going to be in a big trouble... I mean a perfect head kick can turn out almost anyone's lights regardless of what kind of chin they have, and anyone can be submitted even if your chin is truly indestructible, it doesn't matter.

I stand by my earlier thoughts though, it's Cerrone's fight to lose and from his own mouth we're hearing he's going to fight like an idiot. I just don't think he's that durable anymore.

Pennington took a beating, got fat, and then misses weight and look shit in her hometown fight, bum level. Added .4u GDR -3.5 +175

I think Randmine ITD at +385 has great value. Like you've already said, she's coming off a career changing beating and looked like death on the scales, blew weight by 3 pounds butt ass naked.

Pennington still showed a ton of heart and grit vs Nunes and this is only 3 rounds. Personally much prefer +175 for -3.5, but wouldn't blame you for stabbing that.

Took a small stab on GDR rd3 +1625 if Pennington gasses or is getting beaten again similar to Nunes and gets stopped late.

She's so much less healthy & active than she was for the the Nunes fight. In my opinion, it wouldn't take an equal exertion to that bout to stop this version of Raquel, as depleted as she is.

I don't think it's going to be a one punch knockout or anything, but perhaps pummeling her badly in the clinch against the cage? Ref stoppage spot, this one. My opinion anyway.

Everyone else is good

Raquel Pennington (138)*
Maycee Barber (116.5)**

* Pennington missed weight and will not attempt to cut further. De Randamie will receive a portion of Pennington’s purse.
** Barber missed weight on her first attempt, but has one additional hour to reach the strawweight limit.

Anyone want to convince me on a potential Mark De La Rosa bet, potentially grabbing him at ITD at +145?

If he does one thing well, it's grabbing a hold of an opponent and dragging them to the mat where he can apply his jits, where as Sanchez seems to be allergic to wrestling, scrambling, and sub attempts.

Can't forget that J.P Buys (Who?) almost finished a rear naked choke recently on Joby.

Taking GDR ML 1U and DEC 0.5U.

What's the consensus on the Cowboy fight?? He's listed around +170 right now... does Vegas really think Cowboy is an underdog in this fight? Sure, he's on the back-end of his career, but Perry just got destroyed by Griffin, and has lost to Ponzi and Jouban... technical strikers chew this man up.

I took a little stab at his KO line +1200. Sanchez is pretty chinny and Rosa threw some heat in his last fight

John Gunther worth a stab? I don't really know Ramos' game. Gunther +600 kind of seems like a decent spot for a stab. Guy loves to fight. Thoughts?

Absolutely not. Ramos is a decorated grappler and kills him standing as well. Gunther is getting finished early. This is a rare time where -1000 is accurate lol.

True but pressure fighting is what screws Cowboy up. I hope Cowboy wins but a r1 KO for Perry won't surprise me.

-1000 isn't even accurate, should be more like -10000

I also played Cerrone sub, beleive I got +678. You are right that Cerrone isn't a highly effective wrestler, however he does his best work on reactive double legs. Going to tape now, but iirc Perry has a tendency to get over aggressive exposing his hips to that exact td. I have no doubt Cerrone tools Perry on the mat, just need to be confident he can get it there before Perry can land a bomb.
He's been able to hit that TD on those who offer him only a couple punch combo. Cowboy doesnt stand a chance against that on someone whose gonna come out guns blazing like Lawler did imo.

Who knows though, this is a tough fight to read for me but Perry shouldn't be -200 against a top flight fighter like Cowboy. Everyone remembers that combo he landed on Rick Story, the utter ass whooping against Myles Jury, the quick sub against Brazillian Cowboy. He's been facing cream of the crop opponents for yeeeeeears and has largely been competitive in every fight. Wtf has Perry done that's so great to warrant that price? Dude couldn't ko Griffin or Jouban and neither of those guys have a great chin if i'm being honest. Griffin recovers well to his credit. Gimme dog money on Cowboy and a box of Kleenex if he gets ko'd in the first.
