Oh like you’ll be a saint when Soros does.

He was far more charitable and had more humanitarian pursuits than Steve Jobs, but you didn't see leftists celebrating Jobs's death like they celebrate Koch's.
Major funder and architect of many conservative candidates and policies.Never heard of him
david koch was a social liberal. supported gay rights, women's right to choose, same sex marriage...he opposed the war on drugs. also, was a huge philanthropist for the arts and educationJobs also didn't spend his entire life lobbying against green energy. He just made product people like a lot.
I'm surprised Trump bots are defending Kochs, well not really, I understand it's tribal.
The Kochs are hardcore libertarians and support the free flow of labor (open borders) and openly opposed Trump in 2016.
Man you should read the comments on the HuffPo article on this. Those people have completely lost it.In before the leftists on this forum actively celebrate his death....

Defending him by not celebrating his death like others in this thread? He seemed like a good guy. I didn't agree with everything he did or believed everything that he believed, but I'm not a crazy person who thinks that a person has to be in lock step with me on everything to think he's decent and deserves respect.
There's a lot of stuff that he believed that you'd agree with. He was pro choice, pro gay marriage, pro gay rights and wanted decriminalization of drugs. Sounds like you're the one being tribal. The left hates the guy, so you have to as well.

Check your privilege budi was poor and from a poor family. it fucking sucked. i took steps to better myself. life is good. fuck you if you can't succeed with so much support out there
That place is in a full state of compostMan you should read the comments on the HuffPo article on this. Those people have completely lost it.
His massive investments in pollution, segregation, union busting, corporate welfare, wage suppression, voter intimidation and social security theft will be greatly missed.
Now maybe if we could get rich people to experience being poor they might try to do something about that.
He was VP candidate for the Libertarian party in 1980.
Plenty of left wing views mixed in there.
He specifically triggers the left because of his environmental views and ultra corporate perspective.
A complicated person. People are too quick to detest the whole package based on a few positions.
Life is nuanced

I disagree heavily with these guys in their environmental positions but theres something I've always respected about them. I dont really like Tom Brady either but I respect the guy.I have more respect for doctrinal libertarians like the Kochs than I'll ever have for Trump apologists.
