To me that's a natural WW - obviously it was GSP and Matt Hughes era, but who knows man. He was a threat on his back, and standing, and never decisively lost a fight once he dedicated properly to training.

Shit I forgot about this dude, I mostly remember his brief fight with Baroni, hit him with a flush knee to the dome while he was down, A strike that would KO most fights but Phil shook it off, got up, knocked him up.

The poor guy is languishing in a Moroccan jail watching people make claims about fighters that couldn't cash the cheque.
