Why are people ripping on Khabib?

Need I remind you that there is a pandemic going on? Dana cares about money and Tony is by all accounts not that smart so he doesn't seem to care when he should.
Khabib has a group of about a dozen people he trains with and even if he does get back to the states (which makes no sense since he flew to uae because Dana told him the event would not be held in USA) there would be a lot of complications from travel, training and the location for event.
Khabib is being smart and he sees that fighting under these conditions is not worth it and it really isn't and I don't get why people don't understand that. America has over 200k cases and still growing, any sort of event or travel there is insane.
The fans who want this fight to go on are morons, yeah let's have an event during a pandemic, in the epicenter. What could go wrong?
 
People only care about themselves, they don't care if Khabib gets stuck in the US or wherever they have that fight for months on end because Russia won't let him fly back or things like that. By April 18th this pandemic will be far worse than it is now and there's simply no way this fight will happen, but clearly most people are not intelligent and believe Dana. Even if McGregor flys out or whatever I don't see McGregor/Ferguson happening either.

Chael just put on an event in a grain silo with remote cameras, I refuse to believe that a multi billion dollar promotion couldn't put on this fight, as the details aren't clear I'll reserve judgment on where the blame lies.

Hopefully the event is just pushed forward a few months and we get it as it should have been.
 
Khabib lives in an intergenerational home and society. Khabib getting COVID might not be a big deal but could possibly be devastating to his grandparents and parents.
Khabibs biggest mistake was not pulling out of this shitfest a month ago.
People are understandably dying to see the best LW's of all time fight in what might be the most anticipated title fight ever; but In the end, this event will not happen, with or without Khabib.

Off course they know this but have to put on an act because it's Khabib.
The truth is not important. it's about framing.
Khabib is undefeated and has never lost and they hate this. Their brain can't handle this. What does their brain do?
Trying to downplay Khabib to portray Khabib in their mind as a loser.
That's the illusion in their mind to try to comfort their brain otherwise they have to visit a psychologist for treatment.

That's the same people who claim that Khabib lost to Tibau.
Invent a loss to try to calm their brain down. They have to match reality with what they believe in their mind that Khabib is a loser. not the other way around as normal humans do.
So they invent things to match their delusional conviction that Khabib is a loser.

Great point. By 18th April, we will Prolly have about half a million cases given the rate of spread.
I hope this event doesn't happen. Yeah the fight is great and all but something way bigger is going on.
 
Maybe because he offered up some baloney about being grounded in Russia and then changed his tune when it turned out private flights weren't grounded?

This fight is such small potatoes compared to what's going on that most rational human beings can accept why it's not happening . I'd rather not hear about anyone else catching or dying from this shit although it's inevitable for many
