Chuck's dementia is worse than any of us feared. I mean, sure, Tyson is gonna win with a punch, but it won't be "chance".

UFC legend Chuck Liddell believes he would beat Mike Tyson in a street fight and claims the boxing legend only has a puncher's chance.

"In a street fight, I'd win," Liddell said. "I mean, he's got a puncher's chance. He's got a chance to catch me coming in. But other than that, it's over."​

Well yeah he’s basically correct. Because it’s not straight boxing.

That said Mike Tyson had like 10 million street fights in his life. I’m sure he’s pretty good at it.

your average Joe off the street has a decent chance against Chuck at this point. His chin is about as shot a chin as I have seen in 30+ years watching combat sports.

Mike Tyson would quite possibly kill Chuck.

does Chuck think he is hitting a takedown and gonna pull some jiu jitsu out of his old ass? Chuck moved like a grandpa in his Tito fight.


Boxers don’t forget how to punch. They train a much smaller repertoire of moves and train them exponentially more times. 70 year old Mike Tyson could still drop a man, Mike is currently in his early/mid 50’s I think. He shouldn’t be fighting any young active fighters, but against most any other old timer, (ie not Lennox or Holyfield) my money is on Mike.
 
Liddell doesn't get the praise he should receive these days! True pioneer of teh sport!

well chuck was a division 1 wrestler - if he decides to use his wrestling tyson would basically have a punchers chance to catch him on the way in

unless tyson himself has some wrestling training
 
Id take prime chuck in a street fight IF he used his wrestling, if he uses it to sprawl and brawl, then that Suga KO will feel like light sparring

Street fight though. Tyson might hit him with a crowbar or something. He grew up in Brownsville for god sake’s.
 
as much as I'd love to see a disgusting human being like mike tyson get KO'd, chuck's chin is so withered one punch and its kristallnacht
 
I don't fancy Chuck at this age and damage...........

Chuck really only used his wrestling for defence and never was a real kicker.........

Watching them two fight now would be like watching a pair of vegetables go at it.......

They both need the money let them bang.........
 
There is a 90% chance of rain in my town tomorrow. So I guess if it is ok to call that a “chance” then you could say Mike Tyson has a puncher’s “chance” against Chuck.

Suppose if they both fought in their prime and Chuck decided to wrestle, he'd meet this while going for a double-

He could try for a low single, but Chuck was never a fast guy. And Tyson had blinding footspeed.
