Dems can get around the supreme Court ruling on the ACA by raising the individual mandate from zero or getting rid of it. Although I'm not clear on whether they can do that with a Republican senate.

I don't see why they can't strike down the whole thing.

They can just overturn their prior decision when Robert's upheld it with a 5-4 ruling

I like the fact that he's received more votes than any other American Presidential candidate in history. And that's with only 65% of California reported so far.

The election should be completely on computers to take out the human error. You go to vote and you use a computer. No paper ballots.

Considering how many backdoors are in software systems, some intentionally put there, no thanks. As nice as it would be to allow people to simply vote by phone or computer, it's never going to happen.

Trump will get his recount in Wisconsin. In 2016 a recount of Wisconsin netted Trump 131 votes. He's behind Biden by 20000.

I'm also generally against hypocrisy and inconsistence. You should see me call out friends and family who claim they follow the strictest anti COVID measures yet constantly fail at following the basics.
