I don't know what the hell she expected making social media statements like this, but that still doesn't make it right. People should be able to express different political opinions without having to worry about losing their job. All of this cancel culture shit is basically a mutated form of McCarthyism.

Posted in the other Gina thread but how in the world does this have anything to do with the holocaust? It's punk German kids in the streets assaulting a woman because she is Jewish. They aren't Nazis and that's Gina's point. They are acting like Nazis. They turned regular Germans against their own neighbors. While it's probably not admittedly the best comparison to make, she's saying that we have been turned on each other for different political views.

Now if she posted concentration camps, ovens, dead Jews or flat out said that the Republicans are like the Jews are some kind of victimhood crap, I'd agree with you. I still wouldn't want her fired. Attack with speech and education, not silencing people, costing them their jobs or violence. A lot of these people are just ignorant to what they post.
