This is the new face of the fight game Sherbros whether you like it or not

Did Dana ever confirm an actual bet to snoop or Paul? Can't see anything with both parties agreeing

after nate rob, i cant blame them.

askren looked really bad out there and then falls on his face to wake himself back up which is usually a sign to call the fight anyways.

if he was the boxer in this scenario, i could see them letting it continue but i dont think the ref was going to be too liberal with ben's well being in there. pretty sure he had strict instructions to make sure the clinching was to a minimum and to call it quick at the first sign of significant damage.

I really don't think they wanted anyone to get seriously hurt in there when its a borderline freakshow and ben was being lined up to get his head blown off.

that sounds fair for Ben, who's only chance was the late rounds.

A level athlete confirmed. No one else can achieve what he has in such a short time without physical gifts.

So I come from boxing and I didn't respect about 1/3 of the fighters in the gym. I don't know if you actually ever competed in combat sports and I never understood the sherdog reverence for fighters just because they laced up gloves. I always thought people who were shitty didn't deserve respect.
Its not a reverence for fighters. Its just that I respect people who are willing to try mixing it up instead of just talking about it like most people.

I thought long and hard about Jake Paul's next fight. It's a tough one for him.

The task is to find someone like Askren, an mma guy, someone with a decently high profile and very good marketing. The next opponent however has to be perceived as more of a threat as compared to Askren, someone who is perceived as a striker and not just a wrestling jobber.

The problem is, hardly any guys have enough star power or marketing savvy to pull this off.

McGregor maybe, but no way he fights a 190 lber when he can earn much more money fighting someone his own size.

Israel, Masvidal, Nate Diaz, Dillon Danis. Very limited group of people with the marketing clout to be suitable. Each are undesirable for other reasons, however. Israel is too legit. Mazvidal is pretty small for a 190 lb guy. Same for Diaz. Dillon is not enough of a challenge.

Enter Rockhold. His name is pretty high profile. His boxing isn't great (his kicks are better) but just good enough to be considered a threat. He is the proper size. Lots of people would tune in at the chance of seeing either of these guys KOd.

Alternate option is Cowboy Cerrone, though he isn't that great from a marketing perspective. People wouldn't like seeing nice guy Cowboy KOd by this overgrown frat boy.

Thoughts ?

Edit: SHIT!! Tito Ortiz !!! That's another good one.

I thought it was a bit early. I mean, there's supposed to be 10 seconds for a reason, right? But I try to trust the ref maybe saw something we didn't.
