He likely would be convicted and then serve concurrent sentences? Like if he gets 20 years for murder 2, 10 for murder 3 and 5 for manslaughter, the sentence for all starts on the same day? Or would (could) the judge give consecutive sentences?

My take from this is that you have no idea.

whoa you have a fucking aaron dilloway avy
yeeeeeaahh buddy.

two years ago i was walking around the streets of Brooklyn before a wedding, already all dressed up, & passed a kid wearing a Modern Jester tee. told him awesome shirt as i walked past. at first i thought how bizarre that interaction must’ve been for that guy because i was dressed to the 9s, but then i quickly realized that that was probably at least the fifth time that exact scenario has happened in that person’s life because Brooklyn.

Why do so many think it's manslaughter? Manslaughter is like you get in a normal fight and someone falls weird and gets killed... or you hit someone with your car not intending to kill anyone.

Third degree murder is where murder is not intended but shows more malice. When you sit on someone's neck for 9 minutes and he's clearly getting weaker, it goes beyond manslaughter.

It's plain as day.

Said someone complained about a thread, the whole thread got carded and that it wasn't a big deal.
I posted multiple times in that thread and didn’t get anything.

If you hold a gun to someone once after invading their house, especially a pregnant woman...death cant come soon enough for one, he isnt redeemable. GF is a pos and so is chauvin. They can share the same satanic cell in hell.
I'm not really looking to get into a debate on the guys past Badger. He was scumbag I agree. there's no denying it.

I still don't think he deserved to die, especially at the hands of a cop.

Anyway im off to bed.

They voted for self preservation

no doubt in my mind. Their punishment would have been swift and harsh for a not guilty decision.

the media would make it public, they’d lose their jobs, not be able to be hired for a new job, and BLM would show up on the front lawn threatening them forever.

easy decision to make.
That’s a false narrative. If you don’t think the jury is going to be treated like shit for their decision by certain political groups, then you’re hurrying your head in the sand. This jury was going to be treated horribly the moment they signed up.

Imagine being such a piece of shit you don't want justice served because you're afraid of black people rioting

I said in the beginning, manslaughter. This is absolutely absurd to be guilty on all charges.
What's the difference between Murder in the 2nd degree and Manslaughter?

Except the evidence showed he was guilty. They made the right call.

Convicted like he went out that day And purposely murdered him is hilarious. This is a guilty verdict solely on woke culture now. He deserves 10 years max.

He was not convicted of intentional murder. He was convicted of 2nd degree "while intentionally inflicting or attempting to inflict bodily harm upon the victim, when the perpetrator is restrained under an order for protection.”
