He was cleared of all charges so they aren't releasing his name. It's almost as if they were two completely different events. One was about a dozen people watching a man kill another man by kneeling on his neck and pleading for him to stop while standing still several feet away, the other was hundreds of people inside a building they forced their way in to shouting death threats just feet away from the highest elected officials in the nation that they were trying to reach.

That was a lousy excuse for Chauvin. If the crowd that was pleading for Floyd's life had any effect on him it was to make him more spiteful and ignore their pleas to show his power over them. They were in no way a danger to the police there and obeyed their commands to stay back.
