The only way I can see this is if it’s the father and he’s agreeing to take full custody and cover all the mothers medical expense’s throughout the pregnancy and other for her lost wages when recovering after birth.

Aside from that tho, either abortion is murder and should be banned or it’s not and it should be up to the mother carrying the baby. Some random lawsuit shouldn’t be affecting that equation.

This is why I call you out from time to time for being dishonest. There was literally a poll just about this issue and like only 8 people out of 130 or so voted for a mandate.
