I went to walk the dog and missed the co main. Ain't even mad.

Why does Poirier still look sleepy?

She fought completely different in the 2nd than the first round, her leg kicks was heavy and even dropped pena with it, should've used some head movement to slip the jab and come up with a right overhand or hook.
It is what it is.. can't say I'm looking forward to the rematch cause I can't see it going any differently, and pena will be training more and more on submission defence as well.
peña won fair and square. will never say anything different. that’s a REALLY bad loss though. nunes completely forgot how to defend against punches. unless she got hurt with something early in the round that i didn’t see, it makes no sense. her eyes looked clear and her legs were steady, her head should have been moving. no idea how that happened. it did though, hats off to peña

The way Nunes lost to me she should not get an instant rematch

I don't know, she won the first and gassed (and fought stupid) in the second. I didn't see anything from Pena that would suggest a rematch would be anything more than 50/50. It's not like she put on a clinic.

Something is definitely fishy here. Nunes tapped when the choke wasn't even fully in, and wasn't even upset about losing and tarnishing her legacy like this.. makes you wonder.

She gassed and just didn't have the energy to react to Pena's attack. She looked really startled when Pena was windmilling punches at her. We've seen that kind of thing before. When Pena got her down she panicked and tapped.

It's not a conspiracy, it's bad cardio.

We've made it to the main event! Lesh fkn gooooo!

Also take a moment to thank the JBG for all the sacrifices made tonight, cards been a banger from the start. Bunch of memorable moments n highlights we're sure to see in replays next year.

LETS FUCKING GEAUXXXXXXXXXX LAFAYETTE.

Bring that hot boudin cold cous cous on that ass!

I think Charles takes this. I imagine it will take place largely on the feet and Charles is a let better technically and more crisp. He also has a bigger arsenal of weapons on the feet

I really like both of these guys, but I gotta root for Oliveira even though this is a bad match up for him. Ive always had a soft spot for him, even back in 2010 when he was just debuting in the UFC. He was instantly one of those fighters that you remember.
