News Jon Jones' Advisor Meeting With UFC To Negotiate Heavyweight Title Fight - With Or Without Ngannou

If he can get a favorable match up for the interim title I think he will jump on it.

Stipe might be past it enough to where Jones thinks that's a good fight for him

the problem is he still have to fight francis which is what jon is ducking from right now.

It’s pretty funny. Jones says he’s going to fight in mid 2022 before the ngannou - gane fight. Now he’s starting to negotiate for fight mid 2022. And people now say its only because ngannou isn’t available…..

Was there any way he could have won in your eyes in this? How could he have played it different if his plan was always to fight mid 2022?

So are you angry because he is trying to negotiate a favorable matchup for himself?

didn’t GSP wait until fucking Bisping was champion before moving up?
Why on Earth would I be angry? Id love to see Jon test himself against Francis. Dont be stupid

I'd also love to win a billion dollars. doesn't mean its going to happen.

He waits until he hears that Francis will be out for nearly a year before he slides in lmao, pathetic.
He said a while ago he was planning for mid 2022…..

He has been saying he will fight at HW for a decade bud.
He never vacated his belt. Until now. What do you think his plan was when he vacated his belt?

And honestly, I don’t care. I want to see the best fighters fight but if he doesn’t, life goes on. But my question was what he could have done different if his plan was to fight mid 2022…..

More drugs, but different kinds to really open up his mind like Rogaine.

So Jones goes from ducking Heavyweight when Ngannou became champion, and then when Ngannou is planning on leaving the UFC, Jones shows interest again...<Lmaoo>
The Jon defenders will overlook this

Again, he said he was going to fight mid 2022. If that was his plan, what should he have done different?
He said that a decade ago too. What was his plan then? He's a big boy and doesn't need to you guys white knighting him

Jones is smart.

Ngannou will be out for 9 months so the earliest he will fight will be about 1 year from now. His cardio will be worse than it is now, he will have some ring rust, will not have improved as much or added to his skillset - a better chance for Jones to win.

If Jones can get a interim belt between now and the end of summer, itbis possible he can beat Ngannou. His best shot would be a interim title fight with Lewis, but Stipe would be a bigger event and make more $.
