He doesn't have a great chin by any means but he recovers well from being hurt. Khamzat just couldn't land a real solid power shot that could take him out, Burns was rolling with most of the punches outside of the jab that he was dropped by.

Khamzat's punching technique also needs a lot of work still, his straight punches are decent but his hooks and uppercuts get real sloppy.
