Go back and watch dana look at Bruce’s scorecards before he announced the decision. I knew aljo won by Dana’s reaction
I noticed that too. He looked at the scorecard, and gave a weird look to somebody on his left.

he clung on to a mans back for dear life for 10 minutes and couldn’t even threaten a finish. YAN Actually probably damaged Stirling more with backwards punches from that position then Stirling could the whole fight. The damage to Stirlings ego from getting boo’d is a loss enough, maybe 50 cents can make him feel better with some pampering though

>ignores Peter getting pummeled belly down

Fights are scored by rounds buddy and the stat used showed Aljo landed more in round 1. Overall count is irrelevant. Accuracy is irrelevant and not a scoring criteria. Octagon control by the rules doesn’t matter unless striking is totally even, which it wasn’t as Aljo landed more. Defending takedowns doesn’t matter as defense is not scored. You really don’t understand how this works, do you?
No I don’t think you know how it works. Judges go by octagon control and SIGNIFICANT STRIKES. Yan was chasing him and landed strikes at a higher accuracy. No way anyone with a brain would give Aljo that round.

no bro lmao, I am saying from their perspective, they are just ignoring that Yan was defending and is hard to submit. I think Aljo won

agreeing with you

Yup, read your post wrong. People think it was stalling just because Yan had good RNC defense lmfao

Aljamain clearly won. And Yan is sore loser just like all of you...

he clearly won rounds 2 and 3.

Yan won 1 4 and 5.

the 20 missed take downs should give a pretty clear picture the fight did not go how Sterling wanted outside of rounds 2 and 3

Given the UFC scoring criteria r1 should have been scored Yan
That being said r2 should have been 10-8.

47-47 was the rightful score.
48-47 yan was the UFC score without a 10-8.
48-46 Sterling was my score

Imagine thinking any round of that fight deserved a 10-8, lol.

Absolute fucking idiocy, lol.

Positional dominance without damage is a clear 10-9. Stop being dumb.

Why are we acting like Aljo didn't throw any GNP and wasn't in the most dominat position of MMA for over 3 minutes and wasn't fishing for submissions? I'm fine with that being a 10-9, but the argument exists for a 10-8 under the new criteria. Yan landed 4 significant strikes and wasn't offering anthing.

That’s how I knew Aljo won the fight.

Dana had that look of disappointment before he put on the belt.

LOL Yan strikes were mostly blocked dude, or shoulder hits

Aljos leg kicks and body kicks were way more significant

Wrong. If someone has a sub attempt it counts as trying to win the fight.

I dont think he really threatened Yan very much with them, but at least he was trying to do it. If you try for a sub attempt and it fails,it can still cause pain.
So if a fighter punches and misses you give him points for "trying" to win the fight? Sorry that's not how it works in sports. This is not elementary school where we give out awards for "trying". In basketball when you miss the basket you don't get a point for "trying" to win. Be logical.

Moving forward and getting outstruck is not winning
Yan gives early rounds away in every fucking fight and it finally but him in the ass

Thank you. I gotta assume that people know that Aljo won, but just don't like how he did it.

Dana still wants that Russian market.

Aljo came in healthy this time and got the job done.

I had it a draw and I can see what dana saw too.
