Christopher Lee was spot on.
no, round 2 at least was a definite 10-8 for sterling, and 3 was a borderline 10-8. scoring neither of those rounds 10-8 is retarded.

The UFC and the MMA community are now just mad that Stirling has exposed them

The enabling from the UFC and MMA community towards Yan was just embarrassing the whole time in leading up to the rematch.

Giving Yan a fake belt over someone who got smoked by Stirling in a round while Yan had a back and forth with over 5 rounds just to win that fake belt.

No it depends. 90% of the time submissions don't do damage. Very rarely you will see a failed armbar that does damage. If it really does damage then it means the submission was locked in and the fighter escaped, that is very rare. Not all submissions are armbars. Most of the time these commons subs like those rear naked chokes are locked onto the chin and do nothing.
Still better than a missed punch which does nothing. If a fight where nothing is happening you have to count those.

Poll looks to be clearly in Yan's favor. It's in another thread.

Close fight, yes, it wasn't a dominant showing by either fighter considering both at the very least lost 2 rounds.

Octagon control doesn't matter if you're getting outstruck. Moving forward without landing offense shouldn't be rewarded.

Even round where one guy is on a bicycle and the other dictates the pace with control.
No argument.

Um, no, he couldn't advance any further because there was no stronger position to advance to. On the back with a body triangle is as good as mount in terms of position strength. Heck, it's probably better as it's way harder to escape.
>ignores peter getting pummeled bellydown

Fix to cash in on a third fight. No way Pussyo Sterling won R1

Aljamain won. It wasn’t in a super convincing beat down type of way, but he won by the criteria in place. You may not like how he did it, but that’s the way it is.
Plus it's not lile Yan did anything spectacular to win that.
He really needs to rethink his approach. You can't give up round 1 for free by being a slow starter at this level.

Having someone's back is arguably the most dominant position you could have, Yan was going nowhere, it's hard to finish someone who isn't trying to really get out and is gonna get stood up every 5 min
No it's not. It's backpacking. It's just stalling. Having someones back with hooks in gives you freedom to do alot of violence. The figure 4? Hardly anything at all. It limits both guys to do much at all.

Dana has about as much credibility as a child pedophile coming out of prison. Ignore him.

What did he say about the Khamzat decision? Did he think that went the other way?

Lol at body triangle a position pretty much just for stalling as being good as moount
