I remember this fight, and one of the few times I actively rooted for bendo, because Thatch hype train was getting pretty ridiculous for a (in hindsight it was a short) moment. I was pleased people could finally realize that technical skills is better than just physical attributes.

Also pretty sure he's no longer in UFC & is in another organization. Idk which one though, could easily Google it, but I am lazy & it's 2:45 am.

Super talented on the feet offensively however he was a classic bully and folded once his opponents were tough/skilled enough to withstand his assault.

His lack of grappling skills wouldn't have been such a big problem but he also had a poor chin he ended up on the ground from takedowns and being dropped including by Gunnar Nelson of all people.
