CEO of Pfizer is who I'm quoting about people not needing an Omicron variant vaccine. Of course the vaccines will upgrade in the future as the science and understanding improves. But as of right now CEO of Pfizer is saying there is no need for an Omicron specific vaccine because the vaccines with the boosters have been shown to be effective vs Omicron variants. Plus there's still treatment options if you are infected, which is the oral antiviral treatments that are also from the same companies that make the vaccine.
 
Pretty impressive if all those unvaccinated UFC fighters that would be on a Canada card still have never been exposed to covid in all this time.....because if they had by now they'd essentially be vaccinated and it would be a moot point.

I know people make fun of Canada for being naive and compliant, but I know a lot of Canadians who've had enough of Trudeau's bullshit. Guy is a tyrant in every sense of the word and is pushing Canada to the brink.

Mask mandate will always be on off and variants come and go, they are relatively getting weaker overall. Even with the surge it's less severe and less hospitalizations. So it's not that big of a deal anymore and even if they end up getting infected after being fully vaccinated and boostered, the oral antiviral treatment is there for that. So it doesn't really matter because that's not just for prevention, it's an actual treatment for Covid.

No they are moving on. They started focusing on the treament instead of prevention which wasn't fully working in terms of the vaccine. Multiple pharma companies have an oral viral covid treatment, same companies with the vaccine. That's the real reason everything went back to normal. They use the vaccine to try and prevent infection but it's not 100% effective, then they have the oral viral treatment that you take within 5 days of symptoms and take for a week and that will tremendously minimize serious complications and hospital visits from covid.

In Spain, for example, things got back to normal a loooong time ago. . . .because they had strict regulations and virtually everyone got vaccinated. Life is great and free here, and there's no partisan BS about masks being "in defiance of freedom" or vaccines being "tracking devices for Gates" or "causing impotency" (lol, which Covid actually does).
