News Dana told he had 10.4yrs left to live : Made big changes

Yeah, well at age 54 doctors did a quintuplet bypass on my step-dad and told him he had 3-5 years to live due to his heart and lungs being shot. My step-dad was still going strong and WORKING at 74 when he caught 'the virus' and ended up a week later on a ventilator and went downhill from there.

So while yeah, doctors and geneticists do know a lot and are accurate a decent amount of the time, a simple change in lifestyle can change everything they say sometimes.

Too bad the reading wasn't 0.4 years left.

What's that thing about observing a process changes the process????

He knows now he is getting rekt in 10.4 years. By altering lifestyle, he can avoid the consequences of a shorter lifestyle than before knowing.

None of us are getting out alive. Health is wealth.

Has been pretty obvious that Dana's dying young unless he changes his lifestyle to me for a while. I've been waiting to see if his heart gives out before 60. Who knew that copious amounts of steroids and God knows what else combined with a fast-paced career isn't great for one's longevity? His blood pressure must be off the charts.

In 10.4 years they would have perfected the Dana bot. We’ll get Dana forever!

I noticed last few weeks/months a fairly dramatic weight loss in Dana White.
Quite evident in DWCS pressers and other appearances. Curious what happened there.....

Well....I found out why...
He became obsessed to know how long he had to live according to an 'expert' who made allegedly accurate predictions from bloodwork and a DNA sample.

From the article :
Unfortunately, the information he got back was anything other than good. According to his blood work biomarkers, the 53-year-old had just a decade left to live.

White talked about the revelation on a recent episode of the Action Junkeez podcast and how it’s triggered a bunch of positive changes in his life. The mixed martial arts promoter was apparently turned on to the process via radio host Kerri Kasem—daughter of famed DJ Casey Kasem. It’s all part of a treatment plan offered by “human biologist & mortality expert” Gary Brecka.

“So this guy can take your blood and your DNA and tell you when you’re gonna die,” enthused White. “And he’s right within a month. How crazy is that? So I was fucking obsessed, I had to know.

The Bro Scientists often target combat sports people, its one of the best revenue streams. Mostly its the fighters they target though, but first I've heard of the actual promoter lol. Bro Science in the bin, they've ruined enough fighters chins with all that rabbits food garbage

Someone else posted the clip the other day but it didn't mention making changes. Wish he would have gotten more specific about what he's changed. I think he's still been doing "fuck it Friday", and presumably this doctor advised against that.
One 'fuck it Friday' a week won't kill nobody tho, can't believe a doctor would condone a cheat meal once a week. Or he really was fucked up and had to drastically made the change. He did slim down since a month or two, that's great for him. He does sound less angry I noticed lol

Dana without the A spells DNA… Coincidence, I think not.

It also spells Dan… Could this Dana be an imposter after all? I hope the powers at be keep replacing Dana with a lookalike similar to how my parents kept replacing my dog after he died without telling me. RIP Sparky, he lived to 210 in human years.

Dana White believes this but doesn’t believe in more weight classes, or better fighter pay, better fighter sponsorship deals.

That dumb ass doctor should have told him to treat his fighters better if he wanted to live a longer life.

Dana would’ve been like “Yea no, I’d rather just die Doc!”

I mean maybe he's right if Dana changes absolutely nothing in those 10 years. You usually can get a pretty good idea when you see peoples day to day levels as a medical professional combined with their medical history, and how old the males in his family generally get when they die of natural causes. Where it's inaccurate is when you do what Dana does and change everything about your day to day life seemingly. As obviously you won't be maintaining the levels your test showed at that specific moment over the next 10 years now whether it be dietary, or supplementation changes. If he had left things unchanged it's possible he did expire around that time. The guy works constantly for a big money making global entity. So it isn't just what he puts in his body, he has professional stress at a high level on top of it.
