I noticed this a while ago too, it has to be a side effect from growth hormone, it can change the shape of your head, never seen it puff out someones cheeks like that before though, his head looks massive lately. He's also having issues with his bicep muscle, think he tore it. He looks terrible for someone in their early 40's, he has aged really badly in the past 3-4 years, he was looked in good shape against Roy Nelson.
