Without spoilers, does this movie actually reset the DCEU for the Gunn era or does this just end the Snyder era completely? I want to see it for Keaton alone but I also don’t want to waste my time going to the theater if this is just a throwaway movie otherwise that won’t set anything else up.
Edit: Both. It resets the DCEU and ends the Snyderverse.

The movie was pretty good if not somewhat of a disappointment. I know Im in the minority but I cant help but wonder what this movie would have been like 4-6 years ago when the synderverse was still a full go. Still felt like a solid conclusion to that arc but I am a little confused on the ending. Keaton was awesome and now I wonder what batgirl would have been like. Need to think on this one and a rewatch will probably help. 7.5/8 out of 10. I think this movie suffers from being last in the multiverse movies too, if this came before NWH I could see it being a bigger movie.

I think Im over watching movies in the theaters though. After watching Transformers and this back to back, people just cant shut up or stay focused for two hours anymore. My OLED and sound system are amazing and having people take me out of the movie really sucks and detracts from my overall experience of the film.

Watched it last night.

Typically with these comic movies I tend to like them at first and start hating them
the more I rewatch them as I notice more fuck ups/corny scenes.

I'll have to rewatch flash again, I felt it is worth a rewatch, to fully determine my stance on it but for my original watch through I really liked it . Finally a DC movie that feels like an actual movie that was well thought out and executed, at least compared to any past dceu movie. Think I even enjoyed it more than most of the marvel movies out there.

7.5/10 so far

It leaves it ambiguous.

Movie was good, CGI was horrible.

This is the problem with modern VFX in movies... instead of there being one VFX studio doing an entire movie, they are all farmed out to dozens of studios. Every studio is making every movie, the difference being that the "A" team is making Avatar, the "B" team is making Marvel, and the "C" team is put on anything DC.

It was much better when VFX teams focused on one film or series and competed against each other to see who could do better.

I would only consider seeing this for Keaton and just hearing the Batman theme again. Would it be fair to say the 89 Batman is in a good chunk of the movie or just a glorified cameo? You can spoiler tag it

Saw it last night

Liked it a lot more than I thought I would. Ezra Miller is fruitier than a produce section but he is a good Flash and had some solid acting scenes.

Loved seeing Michael Keaton. He was awesome as an aging Batman

Kara El was ok. Latina who played her is an angry little cutie

Liked The Flash more than Thor: Love and Thunder but that ain’t really saying much

7.5/10

Howard the Duck is better than Love & Thunder and I'm not joking.

Saw it. Kept hearing it was sooooooo great for months. Keaton is GREAT an makes entire movie .

To be honest some cross overs of the CW flash were more entertaining than this if you removed Keaton. Even with Keaton I might choose Flash Crisis over this. I would of liked the movie better if my expectations were lower but aftercare out ot world reviews it was a big let down.

I loved it. I know nothing about flash so that may affect my grading.

Some CGI was...so bad, it looked deliberate. Like, when going back thru time and they stood in what appeared to be a coleseum of memories.

One had gay screaming goats, the other had duck titties.

No suprise that titties beat gay once again.

I should rewatch that, havn't seen it since I was young enough to be blown away by the tits. All i remember are duck tits and Howard's outfit, but both were more memorable than anything in Thor's love blunder.

Stop watching movies in the ghetto

Howard the Duck is a greatly under appreciated movie.

I have to admit that it's a sentimental favorite of mine, warts and all.

I waste no opportunity to point out to a fellow comic nerd friend that, according to the MCU's own rules, Howard is an Avenger. It drives him nuts.
