General MMA Discussion & Future Lines- 2020

Endeavor just purchased a 51% stake of the WWE. Now that they're the majority owner of WWE and full owner of the UFC, we'll have crossovers asap.

This means skewed betting lines. Too juiced and not juiced enough, which is good for us.

For example, Mickey Gall and Mike Jackson were as low as -280 and -165 when they fought CM Punk, and Mike was looked at as a joke because he's an MMA photographer with mediocre boxing and a shaky chin, but he still owned CM Punk.

I think this means more fighters will transition over to wrestling honestly. I don't think this is a good thing.

How many WWE people are going to agree to actual fights do you think? I hope plenty for the reasons you said but I didn't think there were many that wanted to actually fight someone...

I remember a clip too where CM Punk faced off against Gall and Dana thought Gall was a stud for calling out Punk. I had no clue who Punk was at the time but assumed he must be some really good fighter since they gave Gall so much respect for calling out Punk, as if he was very brave or something. Very weird.

You guys should bet the scripted wrestling as well. Great fun when the results are predictable. Although the old lunatic is back in town so I guess he looks to lose some more money with his booking. So the results will be kinda all over the place.

Anyone think there's good value on Kai Kara France against Albazi? He is currently the slight underdog.

BFL tonight in Canada. Xavier Nash at +180 against Estramadura is an odd line.

Nash is coming off huge wins over Tristan Connelly and Zanganeh. In the last 5 years his only losses are two close split decisions. Nash is a suffocating wall 'n stall fighter.

Estramadura hasn't fought in 18 months since losing to Maheshate on the contender series.

I like Irwin Rivera -115 agianst Weems on Friday, Gamebred Bareknuckle MMA. He’s already fought and won in bareknuckle MMA while Weems hasn’t fought in it yet. Irwin is also the better striker and fights out of the better camp (Sanford). Irwin also has pretty good tdd

Njokuani +200 seems pretty good as well. More of a fade on Jenkins. Jenkins over -200 against almost anyone is pretty silly

I would 100% take werdum at these dogs odds if it didn’t look like JDS has been taking every juice that exists. Still think it’s dog or pass

7 Year age gap at 46 years old scares me.
That’s true, but JDS chin is a huge liability, especially when we’re talking bare knuckle. Wurdums striking has also vastly improved since the last time they fought

JDS is the deserved favorite, but idk about over -200

Njokuani closed at +130. Let’s see if he can get the job done
