One of my former students was a youth offender, he skipped out on a "Rite of Passage" program 2 weeks before he was finished, really dumb move. I got him an attorney and we went to Court once he got caught, he was 15 when it happened, 16 when we went to Court. They gave him ROP again at the same facility. When he got out he told me about one of the guards there who, ironically, looked a lot like the woman in the OP except with shorter hair. He said there were rumors she was banging inmates. None of these kids were 18. Then like a week later he showed me she had hit him up on social media. No idea. I'm a little flabbergasted. I remember being a late teen (16, 17) and 13 year olds flirting with me and I thought it was the same as a 6 year old flirting with me -- just silly. They're children. It didn't matter if they had been blessed with puberty changes.
