People speculating Perry is the devil.

Please no.

Good episode this week but a few quibbles:

- Why didn’t Max Castor take the glass bump? It made no sense for Bowens to take it when the entire Acclaimed/MJF dynamic is based on MJF/Castor.

- Wardlow’s presentation and vignette look great. He needs to keep the backwards hat look. That makes him pop.

-Just make Samoa Joe a face. Crowd wants to cheer him.

-Make Swerve a face too. The crowd wants to chant “ Swerve’s House” and do the Nana dance. Not even committing home invasion can get Swerve booed. Finally response from Hangman I though it was the highlight of the show.

—I’m thinking the Devil is CM Punk. I doubt now that Tony ever fired him. It’s why HHH was quick to shoot down rumors of Punk at Survivor Series bc they know he’s still employed by AEW. Honestly it’s going to be a letdown if it isn’t Punk. Best reveal would be to make it seem like it’s Jack Perry, but Jack reveals Punk is the mastermind.

It’s good and bad for Mariah May that she signed with AEW.. she’s a good rassler but may only be used for a 3-5 minute match once a week.

AEW has what.. 5 hours of programming any given week and maybe 3 women’s matches that total 15 minutes max. This isn’t counting however long whatever ROH show is. Athena’s still there, right?

When’s the last time we saw Harley? She doesn’t even seem to wrestle.

Where’s Riho?

At least Emi has been getting more matches.

I will take all credit for the Jack perry is the devil if it turns out to be real. I posted it here and on reddit when this all started as a joke/troll when people were saying it was CM punk

Finished Dynamite, good show.

Garcia/MJF was good, but man Garcia looks like a bland bitch.

Looks like Sting is on a retirement tour where he's going to have a bunch of matches and have the fans go home happy. Not complaining about it. Darby's still very over

Swerve/Penta was really good (unsurprisingly), but this Hangman/Swerve feud is goofy to me. The matches will all be great, but the angles aren't clicking.

The Young Bucks pigeonholing themselves into another them vs. Kenny/Partner feud. This is occurring because the bucks never evolve their characters and are staler than 6 month old bread. They are dangerously close to becoming a midcard team, having good matches being paid as megastars. I think at the end of their run, Tony will have buyers remorse with them and might resent them due to the release of CM Punk, who always delivered the goods, even if he was a wacko. Kenny was great here and will be the most interesting thing in the tag match....as always.

Lee/Joe was very good, best Lee match in years. Joe vacating the ROH tv title is big thumbs up for me as I don't want any mention of ROH on AEW television

Julia Hart is going to be really good pro-wrestler in 2-3 years if she gets her reps in. I'd sign her long-term otherwise she'll end up in NXT in a couple of years and an asset for WWE. She's probably the most over person in the House of Black now. Mariah May's debut was bland, but her and Toni will be great, because they both can work. Hopefully the AEW girls like being dropped on their heads, because Mariah does that.

White/Briscoe was solid, the Devil is Adam Cole and the Kingdom are the henchmen and people are going to be really let down by this.

Riho's on a break, because Jim Cornette disciples said bad and creepy things about her on social media.

AEW rarely have 3-5 minute matches though. Even on Rampage they usually get at least over 5

Enjoyed Dynamite this week. Good show, though it had to be better than last week's abortion. They really gotta stop running these big arenas though. Many camera shots were grim.

Like the opening segments that set the stage for the show. Long may they continue!

MJF vs Garcia was good. Surprisingly short.

The Outrunners look ridiculous - however - if they could come up with a catchphrase or a goofy move or something, I could see them getting over. No Ric Flair thankfully. Keep that idiot off TV as much as possible.

No shoe for Shida!

Swerve commits a felony but Hangman is banned from ringside while the former is free to wrestle. Match with Penta was fine.

My goodness - Jay White cut a great promo! About time. There is hope for him yet!

I want the Bucks fired into a black hole. Say what you want about Jericho, and I say plenty, but he was a pretty big factor in AEW's beginning. To try to downplay that makes the Bucks look like imbeciles.

Joe vs Lee was very good. Big fan of there (hopefully) being less ROH on Dynamite. Though, I remember thinking that towards the end of 2022 as well.

Gunns squashed jobbers and then cut a baffling promo. Had no idea what the first one was talking about initially.

Wheeler Yuta, noted dominant predator.

Wardlow should blame AEW booking for his potential being wasted, not MJF.

Red Velvet vs Julia was good. Surprisingly so.

Mariah May looks fantastic. Had to rewind to make sure I heard her name. No chyron. C'mon.

Main event was fine. Result never in doubt. Aftermath was very interesting. Many ways things can go!

They got a lot of good catchphrases like calling themselves "the youngest men in wrestling"
It's like the other side of the FTR gimmick.
FTR are the horsemen.
Outrunners are the mega powers.

The disrespect for "Cut up! From the butt up!"

Reeeeeally hope Punk isn’t “the devil” and this isn’t an elaborate work.. although I kinda do too because I loathe the bitchy drama that CM Phil exudes.

but anyways, hope he isn’t.

however shortly after the nonsense with Perry, I think FTR was trademarking CMFTR, which would be odd timing considering Phil and Perry were suspended and all that; with it being Phil was totally in the wrong and potentially assaulted/scared his superior/boss, “The Money Mark” Tony Khan.
