Both of them were boring. Colby didn't do much, but neither did Leon.

Luckily I didn't pay for it and was able to fast forward to save time.

He looked dreadful and lacklustre. Mind you he rarely looks good, a decision against RDA many many many years ago is as good as it gets for him.

The fight was a total mess, and he was outwrestled by none other than Leon.

It is always dissapointing when you witness one of the best fighters of a weightclass era pass his prime.

Every great fighter is unique, and when you see them compete at their peak you hope to see them at that level for a long time. When they're no longer at that level it is like something is lost forever.

So yeah that's dissapointing. Colby lost that step, that intensity that put him on another level and it was very apparent tonight.

Loser who couldn't accept he lost just like the loser he bigged up to Rogan after the fight

Edwards could easily have 50-45ed him if he didn't try to prove his grappling and hand out the humping opportunities. Colby is washed up or scared or both.

It seems like the crowd is done with him too. He threw all the rallying cries he could at them, hoping to divert attention from the stinker he just put on, but even those sub-80 iq neanderthals were having none of it.

It's hard to be disappointed when the fight went exactly as I expected

The Usman fights should have been a big wake up call for Colby, but somehow the internet has gaslit him (and many fans) into he thinking he was actually competitive. Colby's primary skillset is offensive wrestling, but he's so physically small and weak for the division that his takedowns just get easily shucked off by any decent WW.

Leon beat Colby everywhere. He made a few mistakes but only because he purposefully played into Colby’s game to prove he’s not afraid in any shape or form of Colby’s grappling.

He couldn't get going until the last two rounds. That lack of activity cost him because had he been able to do that the whole fight it could've been a different story.

That fight sucked ass!

Both guys were disappointing.. but Colby especially. To throw those first two rounds away and not put pressure on Leon was just shameful. What a waste of time and money this main event was

Nope. He did what I expected him to do and lost.

It wouldn’t have mattered. Colby’s ‘pressure is my defense’ shit doesn’t work against a guy like Edwards. In the first two rds, Colby was getting popped every time he tried to get something going. He didn’t roll out of bed apprehensive - Leon made him that way.

Hes just been made to look good against as beens and ex 155ers when he fights a proper peak 170lb fighter he will lose what top welters does he beat now 🤷‍♂️ i wouldnt even fancy him against brady

not disappointed. I thought Leon represented all of America when he shut up that loudmouth.

You can't bring up your opponent's family life, say you will send him to hell, and then fight like that. And I understand it's a character, but it's an outdated character. Fans would rather see a respectful, quiet and exciting fighter. No one cares about playing the heel or being the villain.

Yes. I expected Colby to take complete advantage of this opportunity knowing he would likely never get another shot at the belt if he lost, but instead he went out there and looked like shit for most of the fight. I think the near two year lay off definitely played a part in that but yeah, even as someone who doesn’t like Colby it was a very underwhelming performance.

Lol at Canby getting his ass kicked.

Bald Goof will give him Tony next and then probably another title shot.

Just watched it, but looked like the fight could have been a lot different if Colby started the fight off doing what he did in the 4th and 5th. Either way, pretty shit fight. Kinda looked like an Izzy fight just throwing leg kicks. Colby shouldn't have ever gotten the title shot, and this fight further proved it. Fuck the UFC and their bullshit. Belal should have fought Leon last night with the winner getting Shavkat next. What they gonna do now, let Khazmat get the title shot at WW?

He fought just like he lives, as a POS. Represented the Maga movement perfectly, lol, booed in his own country while his foreigner opponent gets a ovation. what a loser!

Massively, he shouldn't have sat out that long. Yes Jones did it and looked great but Colby is not Jon Jones. Not even close.
