The amount of locations they have beats Applebees & TGI Friday's.
There's no Applebees in Hawaii.
I've seen a Chili's restaurant even in the most rural parts of America.

Do they win the most popular restaurant award?

Mcdonalds probably if that can even be classed as one but maybe papa johns pizza hut or Olive garden.

Chili's ain't bad. Way better than Applebees.

Subway is #1 though with over 20,576 locations according to Google. For comparison there are 13,522 McDonald's.

I used to fucks wit Chilis a lot, their potato soup and chicken quesadilla explosion salad was legit, plus they made a decent country fried steak dinner with corn on the cob

Went there earlier this year to kill an hour between movies cause its right next to the theater, they had like 12 normal ass beers on their beer list but had nothing in stock but Coors Light or Shock Top, ordered 3 apps, only 1 arrived in an hour

You aint gonna get another chance to disappoint ole Pete, you corporate dirtbags!

I been to Chilli's a few times. I actually dated a waitress from there. She mentioned the food isn't really made. It mostly came prepackaged. I stopped going there after we broke up.

Actual sit-down service I would have guessed IHOP or Denny's but everything online I'm seeing says Applebee's has 1,500-1700ish in the US while Chili's only has 1,200ish. Denny's was around 1,700 a couple years ago but is around 1,500 something now. Waffle House supposedly has 1,982 locations so that looks to be the most common sit-down service restaurant I could find.

Not a fan. TRH is my favorite from that sector of the industry.

Also a fan, but that's a different industry. Texas Roadhouse.
At one point, I lived in a area that had Cody's, Texas, and a Lone Star within the same area. Talk about saturation.

Not a fan of Chili's. Their ribs suck. The Ground Round had way better ribs. But nothing compares to my Ribs in my Stick burner.

We used to have those in Australia. They were great. I had many a good night out start at Chilis. I'm pretty sure they are all gone now.
I'd like to try one of their steaks again now that I have a greater appreciation for steak.

There was even a Chilis restaurant in Jakarta when I was there 8 years or so ago.

Texas Roadhouse is the only restaurant in my area that is always packed to the gills every day of the week, not just weekends.

Do they put crack in the steaks?

It's been years and they might have gone out of business but... Red Lobster
