International First US troops killed in Mideast since start of Gaza war

They had a temporary ceasefire that was supposed to be extended, but Hamas refused to hand over more hostages.

But yeah, they should stop trying to free their own citizens, allow Hamas to reorganise and accept their pinky promise that some day they might release hostages.
We should be thanking Qatar for that temporary ceasefire.
Qatar played a major role.

This is such a silly argument.

Hamas aren't a military power capable of attacking Israel unless Israel thoroughly shit the bed by way of incompetent leadership.

They also aren't a military power that can simply be annihilated, as the worse the scenario is in Gaza, the more likely angry young people are to step forward in 5 years time to replace those Hamas terrorists that were killed.

This has been explained so many times, and even those in Israel are under no illusion there cannot be total victory over Hamas. The only people pretending that there can be are bad actors like Netanyahu, and I doubt very much he believes it either.
First part is a bit weird tbh.

I don't think anyone is under the illusion that you can completely eradicate Hamas or their ideology.
Stomping them down enough to greatly cripple their abillity to launch any major attacks is alot more realistic.

US going to war again boys. How many of you keyboard warriors will be in the recruiters office Monday? Or doing something meaningful to support or stop the war? Lmao.

They're working hard to become the ME Switzerland, I'll give them that.
As for some claims in the past that Hamas is funded by Iran.
Considering that Hamas rockets are even made with water the last footage's i saw off.
I doubt those claims.

Even if there is a long term ceasefire or hold in the war.
Israel will still have to deal with the consequences/post war affect after the war not everyone in the Arab world "Shia/Sunni" near their neighbors are going to be happy.

Let alone Egypt as Egypt feels they were felt ignored after giving Israel a warning of Oct 7 attack if true i dont see netanyahu standing in power for to long.

Better than a World War, bud.

Every measure should be taken now to prevent that.

The assault on Hamas can continue during the rebuilding of Gaza, but it can't happen by way of artillery, air strikes or constant use of tanks.

A full-blown World War III? I don't think so. You're sounding a little too paranoid there.

But I'll give you the benefit of a doubt here. Let's say WWIII started over this. Who would be the participants in this war?

Maybe

  1. USA
  2. Israel
  3. Ukraine
  4. EU/NATO
  5. South Korea
  6. Japan
vs
  1. Iran
  2. Russia
  3. Yemen
  4. China
  5. North Korea
  6. Lebanon
  7. Palestine

I keep getting told things won't escalate, then they keep escalating.

Now Americans are getting killed.

What's the next step?

I don't even want to think about it: all I want to think about is the end of the destabilization of the Middle East that is directly affecting the world at large.

Aussies/NZ would join the japanese

They are Illegally occupying another country which is no big deal because America are the good guys.
You're talking out of your ass.

US forces at the outpost are there as part of an advise-and-assist mission with Jordan. The US has taken several retaliatory actions against the Iran-backed groups in Iraq and Syria, one as recently as last week, when the US struck three facilities in Iraq used by Kataib Hezbollah and other Iran-affiliated groups.

Pretty much 2 options, withdraw Afghan 2.0 style or escalate.

Anything else is a bad option. This was going to happen; only because of superior air defense and training, did this not happen sooner.

Biden let this shit transpire, he literally enabled Iran to do this buy never striking back. Can confirm we bombed empty warehouses in response to previous attacks, we are not allowed to target or even track Iranian republican guard members/their counterparts in numerous militias. Literally told to stand down when we get intel on them.

That’s reality, Biden didn’t want this war and Iran does. Many of you may not believe that but most of you haven’t set one fucking foot in the Middle East.
Oh, can you remind me, was that before or after Trump arbitrarily pulled out of the Iran deal just because Obama accomplished it?
