150 democrats voted against deporting illegals that get arrested for DUI and they can't come back, I think it's off the back of illegal who had multiple crimes and deportations and killed a family involving his DUI.

I believe what democrats want GOP votes in, gives some executive power to Biden on dealing with the border, which he already has and isn't obviously acting on it. Dems don't want to disappoint the hard left crowd with any kind of border enforcement and hoping for future voters.
