Go to glory and destroy rico verhoeven
Rico wins. Francis is a phisic athleticism bully. He's not special with ability or heart he's just 275 pounds of pure athlecism. Rico is big and strong too. In 5 rounds Rico finishes him. Rico even got more heart.

Who is then? Jones? The guy with one fight in the division? Ngannou's the most proven heavyweight in the world and left the UFC with the title.

He made 30 mil in 5 months guy.

He made more fighting Floyd. And his next 3 fights were definitely a lower salary.

He fought one of the top 3 boxers in the world, even Conor didn't do that. No one has. The Joshua fight is what everyone expected the Fury fight to be. That doesn't mean he's suddenly gonna start sucking in MMA. And his opponent is getting 2 million, so what do you think he's getting? No reason for him not to come back for an easy paycheck.
Don't know what to tell you if you're trying to delude yourself into thinking that Francis Ngannou is a comparable draw to Conor McGregor. Conor has all 4 of the top 4 UFC PPVs of all time, 8 of the top 10, plus the 2nd highest boxing PPV of all time that was barely behind the 1st. Francis doesn't have any PPV that cracks the top 50 in the UFC, and his last boxing bout sold like 9 PPVs. Saudis taking a massive financial loss to overpay him doesn't make him a draw.

Yes, Jones is better, Aspinall is better. They both fought more recently than Francis, won more recently than Francis, they're both more complete and Jones smoked the guy Francis went life and death with. Ngannou lost to Derrick Lewis ffs, he's 1-1 with Stipe and was 1 horrible decision from Gane to drop back for a leg lock away from losing that one too. He hasn't won anything in over 2 years and just got sent to the shadow realm by a guy who'd lost 3 of his last 8 coming in.

He might take a PFL fight, I have no idea, but their entire revenue last year was $9.4 million, so I doubt they're offering some baller payday to a guy who isn't the champ and just got crumpled.

I seriously doubt he gets another big payday like that after this performance. They might offer him a million, maybe 2 but he isn’t making 20 million ever again.
It's Saudi money. He isn't done yet. He has at least 1-2 boxing fight left. He doesn't have to make 20. Even 8 is probably twice the amount PFL is offering. Even celebrity boxing can be another route. BKFC pays Mike Perry 1 million. He will take the showcase fight in PFL against their champion but it's just to provide some hype to return to boxing. I honestly don't think he plans to stick around combat sports for a long time. Francis will go where the biggest payday is.

Wouldn't be surprised if he fights someone like Chisora is boxing.

Work his way up the rankings in Boxing or stick to MMA.

He hasn’t been paid that much in boxing and he certainly isn’t now when even Frank’s jock riders realize Fury carried him.
He made 7 for Fury according to Fury. He supposedly will be making close to 20 for the AJ fight. I don't think Fury carried him. Fury probably didn't train much for the fight. How much will the PFL pay? I don't think he is getting ten million dollars a fight for an org that can't even sell a PPV. It's not like a Saudi show where they are engaging in sports washing for the image of the nation.

Personally I don't think Francis is staying in combat sports for much longer. He is going to take the MMA fight for a showcase then try to get into another boxing match. Go look at PFL or Bellator's HW roster. It really isn't there. There are maybe 1-2 possible fights.

Big F LMAO

Doesn't really apply to HW's as it does to their lower weight classes.

It definitely does. Just because the UFC HW division is paper thin doesn't make it any less true. 38 is old in mma, boxing , in most sports

Whatever he does, he's winning. Big Frank made about 25-30 million for less than 5 mins of ringtime. Heck, he probably didn't even know what happened. Meanwhile, you have guys fighting to the living death inside the octagon for peanuts from Uncle Fester and company while they reap all the profits.

Big Frank didnt have that slave mentality. He saw the big picture and gambled on himself. More fighters should do that.

Jon Jones or retire.

His chin has likely been cracked now and hes 37. If he stays in boxing its probably not gonna go well for him, and even in MMA with his chin compromised and him being old and rusty he could start losing there too, so only the Jones fight is really worth it.
Jones-"There's better fights at 205 and it means more to my legacy."

Glory and all of kickboxing in general have very low talent pool at heavyweight. Rico doesn't have a very good chin either. Francis would overwhelm him and Francis does have heart

go back to the sand mines

Francis would get KOd in 5 rounds. He is a beast phisically. That´s it. Ric is 80% as athletic as him. Just less power, more endurance, 4x more skill. More heart. More experience.

Rico does not even have close to enough power to stop Francis. Unless Francis chin is gone after what AJ did to him. Rico has better endurance aside from that, Francis is leagues more athletic and gifted than he is. His style of defense is way too basic against a dangerous guy like Francis

What's with all of these shitty responses?

It's too bad he wasn't younger, because if he could have started against lower-level contenders and worked his way up in boxing, he would have had great potential to be the best or at least be elite. He could have another boxing match and he can still smash people in MMA, so he has a number of options.
