I believe him. But you know how it is on here-- even if it's the truth, it is going to sound like an excuse. I sympathize with BSD because he has a whole nation of people asking what went wrong, wanting an explanation. If he had staph, it would be hard not to say what happened without it coming off as an excuse.

That said, he has to live with it now.

Well Its been awhile since I seen Poirer getting mauled like this fight against BSD until he got the Ko, not to mention he got knocked out by Gaethje in his last fight. There was even a thread about Dustin looking like shit. Just because he won doesn't mean Dustin looked great out there tonight. He got the job done but to me recently hes looked like he lost a step or two. My observation he wasn't at his best tonight clearly and wasn't following his corners instructions either. Now theres talk that BSD was not a 100 % which makes it worse. BSD isn't even ranked in the Top 10.
