No, it's for the person alleging the crime to make clear. "This is the crime that I saw." Otherwise they're just smearing someone.

Lobbying wasn't invented by the Clinton's. If you've got a problem with it in general, that's fine. But it's a completely different topic, because as of right now, it's not illegal. And if they're not going to accuse Biden of committing a specific crime then this impeachment inquiry is over.

China gave Ivanka her own Chinese parents? Were they Chinese clones of the Donald and Melania? That's a pretty cool gift, not sure why the left would be upset by that.

No, that's how working after you leave government works. Frankly, it's how lots of industries work.

Someone works somewhere for a while, gets experience and knowledge that can only be gained at that job. They leave the job and then go into business selling their knowledge and experience. Consulting is an industry that really takes advantage of this.

If I was the prosecutor, I would need the details. Because I have to charge the alleged criminal with a specific crime. To get a conviction, I'd have to prove that the individual met the specific elements of that specific crime.

This isn't about political "feels". That's how criminal law works.

I got Chinese parents as a gift once and it’s not really that cool at all. I’d call it more a burden than a gift.
