If you look at the judges rulings, even just in terms of evidence, let alone having to show up everyday, the gag orders, etc.

Any and every Judge would tell him the same thing that trump was told “it’s not the courts fault” that he may have to miss previously scheduled appointments in order to attend their trial and that he will need to figure that out in his own time.

The falsifying of company funds as "legal expenses" to pay off Stormy will probably get him, at least some of those counts. Whether they'll end up being felonies or not, not sure.
