I gave up on trying to stop all their idiocy but it's useless. Idiots will be idiots. Some of the arguments are priceless though. I saw one guy arguing that what Brock did isn't okay because he did it once and guys like Tito and Nick Diaz always disrespect their opponents so it's ok for them to do it

I basically been saying that all morning. I wish I could say other things but with dubs I don't want to cross the line. I like posting there cause its entertaining but when it gets like this its a like a circle jerk fest of who can be the biggest tool the day after an event.

Getting back to wrestling, I caught some of TNA on Thursday and it looks like Kurt might be gaining back some of the weight he lost. He didn't look as anorexic as a few months ago.

You guys agree? And didn't he also get injured recently at a tv taping?

If ? He will beat Thiago easily.

It's a tricky matchup for Machida I think because he has to push the pace of the fight. Thiago will come at him all fight and he only has to land one big blow to hurt Machida badly. Machida can outpoint Thiago but if he doesn't hurt him badly, Thiago will keep coming foward and it will get more and more likely that he will eventually land. He can't just evade like he has in all his other fights, it has to look more like the Sokoudjou fight for him to win

Kurt should only do run ins or tag matches on impact and stay out of the ring and only wrestle PPV's, it works for Taker so it should for him.

That was my personal favorite that I came across.
Lesnar is just a disrespectful ass. We don't need that WWE shit in MMA.:icon_lol:

As if it hasn't been in MMA for years. Oh, I forgot, that's just the fighters showing emotion.

Probably been posted already but I just saw it:

The Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online is reporting that Walter "Killer" Kowalski suffered a massive heart attack today and has been described as being in grave condition. Kowalski is 81 years old.

Update: Kowalski was reportedly taken off life support not long ago and was not responsive. We hope to have more on this soon.

Thiago hasnt shown me any striking skills that makes me think he can KO Machida, and we saw how great Lyoto's takedown defense is.

The Mendes fight was pretty definitive in my mind. I agree he won't take Machida down but he doesn't need to. He can get outpointed 20-1 the entire fight and it won't matter because he has KO power and he has the instinct to keep pushing foward. I won't bet on him or favor him by any means, but I don't think this will be a cakewalk

Lesnar was being a jackass during and after his fight but I hate how they are saying that he is bringing WWE antics to the UFC.

Lesnar (from what I have read in the past) has always been a jackass.

Exactly. He's not the first or last people to do this in the ring. He's also not the first pro wrestler to come into MMA. He just happens to be a former WWE star and sherdoggers will never let that go

Hey that was a quality post I made. You're just a Punk hater because he came from WWE and you can't admit he's the greatest fighter not in the UFC

This is the greatest fighter not in the UFC:

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/VsQv6HOlMY4&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/VsQv6HOlMY4&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

I'm suprised no idiots from the Heavies have come in here yet and started flaming us and trolling the thread

It takes a special kind of patience to be a mod. Lord knows I would be banning every 3rd poster in the heavies for nothing other than ignorance if I had the hammer at my fingertips.

I agree. that is why DRH is good for modship. He is usually even keeled and is stunningly handsome.

Good quote from Dave Meltzer sums it up:

--Is it funny or what to see a subtle heel move by Brock Lesnar last night and people reacting to it like they are pro wrestling fans in 1975

He's right . These fans are worse then the mark hospital staff who thought Wahoo was coming to the hospital to finish off Flair after the plane crash in 1975 istead of coming to see how one of his dearest friends was doing. The UFC is entertainment and drawing money. Pure sport blah blah blah blah blah.

You're all wrong, the best fighter not in the UFC is the one and only.....

or maybe this guy,

Bwa ha ha ha ha

Most sherdoggers would never be caught dead associated with anything pro wresting or as they call it "wwf" related. They'll never accept how much of MMA was taken from Professional Wrestling.

I think that second pic is Nick or Nate Diaz going by the pose thing.

That and does anyone have the Ultimate Warrior DVD?
